Studies Confirm Agfa HealthCare's DX-S CR System Delivers High Quality Results With Reduced X-ray Dose
Two recent independent studies have confirmed that Agfa HealthCare's pioneering DX-S offline detector system delivers high quality diagnostic exposures with significantly reduced patient exposure dose. A study by the University Clinical Center of Giessen and Marburg in Germany evaluated the dose and quality performance of Agfa HealthCare's DX-S system, compared to the performance of a 400 speed class screen/film system. The study involved 200 thoracic exposures from children (1).

Minneapolis/Saint Paul area makers
Hey all,
I was wondering if there are any maker in the twin cities area that would be interested in being able to goto a place that regularly stocked surplus lab equipment, test equipment, electronics components, as well as other odd ball stuff. I know that ax-man currently covers some of this market, however if and when they have things like test equipment it tends to be in poor shape, over priced, or both (dont get me wrong, i love that place, but thats been my experience) The reason I ask is that I work for a company that is looking into selling surplus (which we already have in inventory) and my fellow makers have always struck me as a viable market for this stuff (I know I end up taking a lot home...) So either way, please post your response.

Thanks

Michael
